I’m a business technologist, published author, and public speaker. I’ve spent the better part of two decades at the intersection of business and technology—helping organizations make sense of both.
My journey started as an engineer. It evolved through entrepreneurship and consulting and eventually landed at Zoho in 2018—where I’ve had the privilege of working with businesses across the Middle East, Africa, and now North America. I’m based in Austin, TX.
Here I write about business and technology on human terms. What works, what doesn’t, and what it means to lead and operate in an age where humans and technology are becoming increasingly intertwined.
I call that age the Age of Homo Augmentus, where the next stage of human progress isn’t about replacing people with machines but augmenting people with the right tools, the right processes, and the right perspective.
